LOOT THE WORLD WITH FLASH JORDAN

As Father's Day approaches, we in Tall Hands pause to reflect on the wisdom and knowledge we have acquired through our fathers and grandfathers.

THE EMERGING NEW ROLE OF THE MALE
Though recent scientific developments point towards the possibility of a future where the male is no longer an essential part of reproduction, such laboratory-assisted biological progress may actually point towards a more pleasant, relaxing (and yet adventurous!) lifestyle for males.

Freed from the constraints of genetic responsibility, a new male renaissance can flourish, as females repossess their familiar mammalian roles as group leaders, hunters, and providers (Kristeva's dream of the woman perpetual realized "in process"). As man in turn embraces his new role as luxury biological entity, he will be free to immerse himself in art and discovery. Much like Adam, before the creation of woman, was said to freely traverse the earth (naming all of the animals, playing with fire, moving stones from one location to another), the negation of man's bondage to reproduction will free him from his bondage to structural responsibility. Science will loose itself from Greco-Roman confines and find a new intellectual pattern more in line with our biological code.

Without the faux-natural order of typical civilized life hanging over the head of man like the sword of Damocles, Sisyphus can finally toss aside the stone and, for the first time, run without fear. Hopefully, the human brain can once again return to full comprehension for the first time since the cancerous seed of civilization was planted (now we can grow new life without names). Scientists have discovered that only two activities (both spiritual) utilize the entire human brain: 1)speaking in tongues and 2)transcendental meditation. Perhaps, finally cut loose from his own creations, man can once again return to peace (a return to a time when man realized his proper fit).

Love, Flash
